Inpatient diabetes management is always challenging, as patients present with complex diabetes situations, such as steroid-induced hyperglycemia, chronic kidney disease, diabetes-related ketoacidosis, or hyperosmolar hyperglycemic state. This poster describes how the presenter worked with other members of the team to develop a glycemic management platform to streamline the care of diabetes patients in the hospital.
