Gestational Diabetes (GDM) presents a growing concern in the U.S. and worldwide. This presentation will describe the role of the diabetes care and education specialist in the assessment, monitoring, and management of GDM. Presenters will also discuss clinical considerations and the utility of Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) in the setting of GDM to support personalized lifestyle modification and help inform treatment plans. Real-world experiences and practical strategies will be shared to help attendees optimize care for GDM tailored to individual needs.
