P233 - Recruitment & Retention Factors Among Philadelphians Eligible for the Diabetes Prevention Program

A survey was conducted in Philadelphia among eligible participants aiming to influence recruitment and retention strategies for the National Diabetes Prevention Lifestyle Change Program (NDPP LCP) at Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs). This poster details the survey instrument and methods utilized for collecting responses from eligible individuals, the characteristics of survey respondents, the findings uncovered from the survey, and key takeaways and next steps in utilizing survey response findings in developing impactful and meaningful recruitment and retention strategies for the NDPP LCP among this population.
