P524 - Leveraging Technology & Human-Led Care to Address Diabetes Distress in Digital Health

The daily demands of living with diabetes can cause an emotional response called diabetes distress. For the person with diabetes, the care team is an integral part of helping to manage these symptoms. In digital health, we have a unique opportunity to support our members not only with a care team but also with technology. This poster addresses how Omada Health uses technology mixed with human-led care to help the person with diabetes manage their diabetes distress.
