P311 - Use of CGM Telemetry in an Internal Medicine Clinic

CGM telemetry in the ambulatory care clinic- why not? We have the data at our fingertips. Why aren't we using it between diabetes check-ups to mitigate therapeutic inertia and improve glycemic management for people living with diabetes? This poster discusses the use of real-time, cloud-based CGM platforms as a method for making medication adjustments between office visits. The poster highlights the weekly interventions and the need for dedicated staff time to perform these touch-base telehealth appointments.
