Connected diabetes devices provide new opportunities to manage insulin titration and support people with diabetes (PwD) and their health care professionals (HCP). This poster highlights how the Lilly Tempo™ Smart Button enables Basaglar ®, Humalog®, and Lyumjev® insulin dose-related data to automatically transfer to a compatible App. These data, augmented by glucose data and other information from connected devices provide contextual and more complete information to PwDs and HCPs, allowing for optimization of insulin management - the first step in personalized and precision diabetes care.
