Many unmet needs exist for people with diabetes (PWD) and healthcare professionals (HCPs), which contribute to the complexity and burden of diabetes management. Access to tools could be critical to improving glycemic control, adherence, and burden for PWD. This poster outlines how solutions to these unmet needs may be provided by select features of the Tempo Personalized Diabetes Management Platform (TPDMP).
